Job Description

Tracking EPC sheet & other database as requested by the supervisor.
·Updating Quotation Log and P.O. Log for Inerts on the server.
·To Prepare Letter of credit instruction sheet and Proforma Invoices.
·Processing commissions for distributors
· Processing of Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG) with Porocel accounts for the orders received for ADCATS / HPC.
· Handling Sample request (D 222, D 235, Spent Catalyst) and forwarding them to External Laboratory, to plant or to the customer.
·Taking necessary approval from Government authorities like SPCB, MOEF etc. as and when required.
·Keep the quotation list /CRM up to date

2. Admin
Taking care of Office Stationery & other admin activities.
Supporting the Hiring process for India Office
Assisting in Accounts related activities such as follow up with CA for filling returns, submission of Annual Activity Certificate to Citi Bank, Director General of Police – Gandhinagar / Director General of Income Tax – New Delhi.

Specific Responsibilities related to the work for CRE, Luxembourg Office:

1. For off refinery/EPC:

Be in charge of the vendor Registration.
Prepare basic quotes for EPCs ( budgetary)
Gather administrative documents from the USA
Fill in administrative documentation for EPCs
Prepare Vendor books for EPC’s orders
Submit offers to the CSM for approval.
Update the to do list every day on the SharePoint
Weekly call / bi weekly ( depending on the workload)
Keep the quotation list /CRM up to date

2. For Refinery market:

Prepare basic quotes
Submit the quotes to the CSM for approval
Ask for lead time
Ask for transport price
Keep the quotation list / CRM up to date
Once well trained, organized order deliveries from Leudelange, Luxembourg when the CSM is out of the office
